| Howdy y'all! Out of curiousity what are the most outrageous things you have ever claimed? Not necessarily in performance, but most likely in social setting with "normal" people. Obviously divining a loved ones name that was written on a billet doesn't apply here. Something a bit more outlandish than that... It doesn't have to be anything evil or bad either. I used to make lucky amulets for people, and they WORKED, or so these people said I've done magickal concoctions to heal people as well, that was fun... it was basically water with a few drops of vinegar, because no concoctions should taste nice. A drop of green food colouring and some other bits I found around the home, cant remember exactly what. Brought it in a mystical jar (formerly inhabited by jam), then did some "blessings" in front of the mum whose son was ill. Then gave it to him, lo and behold the next day his common cold subsided Lot's of stupid things like that. Anyone else got some stupid things they've done? //Daniel | |

| My girlfriend and I have a friend in England who was having a bad time, she was lonely, she was having a hard time with rheumatoid arthritis, etc, and she believed in the Tarot, took it very seriously. I did a Tarot reading for her, but it was one of my "effects". I told her this quick one card reading would determine the next few months of her life. In a very effective way, using a short ritual, I basically forced a very positive card on her (she forced it on herself actually). I don't usually do this in this fashion, but it brightened her up immediately. My girlfriend knew what I was doing but allowed me to go on because it was for "good". | |

| Daniel - you do not happen to work for my local medical practice do you?
I think that doing outrageous things should be normal for us! My attempt is to make my entire life outrageous - I have a complete falsified history of myself that is compiled of anecdotes with their roots in reality and their branches in pure fantasy. By such a mechanism I can transform an ordinary life into one that is interesting. There is little to distinguish a memory of reality and a devised fantasy. There is no shame in this - only glory!
Hey, did I ever tell you guys about my expedition to the Andes? ....or the night I created a spirit from feathers? ...or...

| I don't think I have ever really claimed anything bizarre.
You see I am a rather tall spooky looking Goth who dresses in Victoriana and believes in fairies and speaks to the Dead so I am not sure where I would start.
Tomorrow I will claim that I can travel back in time and that I can heal the sick by licking them.
I will let you know how I get on

| That raises the question of who's supposed to be doing the choosing, doesn't it?
I can recommend the licking thing. I've also teleported and predicted wars.

| Im not sure I wanna lick sick people... I mean if it was a super hot chick with a mild cough, well, then yes. I suppose it depends on your taste in people. I prefer the taste of really attractive females that are not TOO sick, but that's just me.

| No matter what the end result is people do not want to be licked by strangers in public so that's a big no in my book. I admit I only tried it a couple of times but the Mums at my daughters school just weren't up for it. I think I will try telling people that I have a demon in my pocket or maybe a familiar Darkest Wishes Dean P.S I prefer the taste of Pale skinned ginger haired girls but don't tell my raven haired wife.
